When we went this time we had pretty good luck, although we went another time and didn’t catch anything. I guess it’s all based one luck. (This was my first catch there)

Unexpectedness

You need a boat to find the fish here. But when you do there’s plenty and their all big. Tons of huge largemouth all over this place. And there’s big pike if you’re lucky enough to get one.

Great spot

Shore fishing here is good until mid summer when the weeds choke you out but on a boat this place is nice. Dusk and dawn are cool since you can see schools of perch and bass busting on top.

Is ight

Great pond if in a kayak, there are a handful of shore spots. Bass, perch, sunfish and monster pike. Ice fishing is best on the rt 2 side of the pond. Fish a watermelon Texas rig, drop shot or shiners from Arlington bait and tackle. Parking is a gamble and the playground area near the boat ramp is always full of people

Since I’ve been living in/near the city for several years, I needed to find a local spot that I could call my go to. Spy Pond is the spot. 

Decent fish are located throughout. I’ve only caught largemouth and white/yellow perch... though I’m hoping to catch a northern pike.

Always a Good Time

This place is a hit or miss some times I get like 30 fish and sometimes I get like two fish so just luck I guess!?!?!
