I usually just fish here when i dont feel like driving further to fish other locations. You will get kicked out if your fishing near business property's.

Not bad but not great either

my go to spot to kill some time. the area of "121 and 35" is pretty big. my specific spot is vista ridge and macarthur under the bridge. all kinds of sunfish, catfish, and bass. they love hotdogs done there. decent shade under the bridge. park at the church or behind office park across the street. it is dirty water so best not to fish too deep. trash and debris will snag your lines. 

decent fishing for beginners 

we fish at the canal on macarthur and vista ridge. it has a great variety of sunfish, bass, gar, bullheads, channel, and carp and  crappie from time to time. it does get pretty dirty in the canal from trash, and there are chances you can get hung up. but once you learn the spots it's a lot of fun. can't beat the shade from the bridges.

Unbelievable

Water has a ton of waste, trash, and etc. The place feels like a desert when fishing for LMB. Also the gar just destroy your expensive plastic swimbaits. Another thing; if you want to get jumped scared…fish here. The beaver will catch you slippin and slap the water super close to you. After that don’t expect to get bit. That pretty much sums up the spot. Can’t forget to mention , it gets fished by someone every single day…by me.

Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Great time with my wife very easy to get down to the water and there’s some biggies down there
