In the back of the pond near the creek might be a good spot for hollow body frog. - moving baits (spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, shallow trap, blade baits, swim jigs, swimbaits, and more) in natural colors. White/shad/shiner/gizzard colors -soft baits (speed tail, Curly tail, senkos, flukes, and more) keep them suspended and out of the thick. Bass were chasing baits and I was using a weightless fluke as a follow up bait. Natural colors. For worms I prefer watermelon red flake, red shard curly tail, or other natural colors. White flukes. Weightless will be your friend on 8-12 lb clear line (mono/Fluoro or leader) Fish activity: fish seemed yo be against structure.
